SRK's career & fame's highs and lows - an astrological analysis

For passionate cinemafiles SRK is an enigma. From the purist's point of view he picks movies with thin plots and does mindless commercial cinema. For those who watch movies just for entertainment, he is the perfect entertainer. He does not go for stories with complex layers, he dances and fights, and even in an ensemble cast he is the main star. Even in the interviews he gives he remains humble but when a question is asked he says that there is only one king, and that is he himself.

He works in an industry famous for nepotism. Yet he came from nowhere and has become the largest star the industry has seen. And the stardom continues. Even at an age of 50+ he is making superhit movies starring as an action hero.

Fall and rise:

SRK went through a lean patch where he could not make any movie work. It looks like he does have an astrological advisor because once he hit the lean patch, he stopped making movies and just as the lean patch was getting over, started making movies again. Now if you look at the movies he's made recently, they are no different from what he used to make earlier, but he's producing hits now. What has changed is time.

So this makes his horoscope worth examining. What makes him such a huge star? What gave him the lean patch? What again brings him back his stardom? How long is it going to last? These are the questions that I'm going to look at.

The analysis:

SRK's birth chart

SRK is the destiny's child. Devi has blessed him with a chart where every planet, barring none is placed to bring him fame. Here is how:

1. Lagna (fame) has Sri Lagna (wealth), Ghatika Lagna (power) and Hora Lagna (money) conjunct. Lagna is the best possible location for this combination. There is a debilitated Sun here. It helps him by not making him picky about where he hearns from (he's reportedly also danced in weddings) as Su lords 11th House of income. The only situation where this causes him issues is where he ends up in an ego tussle (like with security guard ar Wankhede). When this plays up in interviews where he says there's only one king, his fans love it.

2. Ke, Ma and Me in 2H, giving lābhargala to this lagna, as well as wealth. Ke and Ma being svarāshi don't hurt the bhāva.

3. 3H Venus gives him skills to attract people. Ju also aspects this bhāva, and thus deespite not being the most handsome man, or the best actor around, his Venus energy attracts people. This manifests as giving 11H argala to Arudha Lagna (public image).

4. 4H has Moon. This gives Sukhargala to lagna. His house is famous, and located so that its easy to get images of fans mobbing his house to catch a glimpse. Even the house plays a role! How many starts have a house that does that?

5. 5H Sa gives argala to Lagna. Sa is the poor masses. They make him a star! Saturn is also Mahayogada.

6. 8H Rahu gives Argala too. And Rahu too is mahayogada! 2 mahayogadas are very very rare. Rahu also destroys his secret enemies. In an interview he said "One needs to be restless to succeed". His Rahu sits in Lagna via Rāshi drishti and gives him this knowledge. Otherwise a 3rd house Venus makes people like comforts and be less striving.

7. 9H jupiter gives Virodha to 5H Sa. And this can be seen in the sense that Jupiterian people (purists) do not like his brand of entertainment one bit. BUT Ju aspects lagna. So while the purists don't like his work, the same Jupiter grows it as he applies good consultants to advise him about his work, image and wealth.

So this covers all the planets and how they bless SRK and make him mega successful.

Lean patch and rescue by a Jyotishi?

Now lets look at his lean patch and why I think he has a competent Jyotishi advising him.

If you look at Vimshottari Dasha, 2016 - 2021 is a lean patch for his fame. After a few flops in Sa - Su to Sa - Mo, he takes a hiatus from the fame business. He times his new releaes for a time when both Mahayogadas come in Sa-Ra. Either he is super intutive, or a competent astrologer adviced him. A 9H Ju makes this very likely. The timing seems to be further refined by using other Daśās.

The prediction around SRK's stardome - shine on you crazy diamond!

Looking at multiple dashas, it is clear that SRK's current momentum will continue at least till 2029. This will a period of good fortune wrt fame and money, while simultaneously it will be challenging for his health. He is Running 8H Narāyana dasha till 2028. During 2025-2028 he will be running a Me dasha. Me is in a Māraka sthān and aspects 8H. So he needs to be careful about his health. I would lay specific emphasis on lower back and neck areas.

I am certain he has good advisors to guide him through this period, but fame itself is a great motivator. It can keep him going.
